Be mindful of how others choose to participate and what they feel comfortable sharing.

Allow space for others to speak, be mindful of interruptions, and acknowledge differing viewpoints with respect.

3. Participate in the way that feels right for you

You are welcome to engage through live discussions, the whiteboard, or the website- whether actively speaking, listening, or contributing anonymously.

4. Keep it constructive

Encourage dialogue that is thoughtful, generative, and reflective.
